24/03/2021 - PENSION INCREASES 2021 - The increase to pensions in payment from April 2021, in line with the Rules of the Scheme is 1.4%. The statutory increase to the Post 88 GMP this year will be 0.5%. The increase confirmation letters are planned to be posted by 15th April but we will update the web site if this is likely to change. 21/12/2020 - Pensioners pay for December will be paid on the 23rd December

22/07/2020 - The trustees of the Pearl Group Staff Pension Scheme have appointed The Tracing Group to help locate pension scheme members they have lost touch with. If you receive a letter from The Tracing Group you can be confident this is genuine and not a scam. If you would like further reassurance, you can check with First Actuarial, the scheme’s administrators. Further information can be found by clicking here.

  • If you have changed address please advise the administration team by posting a completed Change of Address Form to the address below
  • If you are receiving a pension and have changed your bank details please advise the administration team by posting a completed Change of Bank Form to the address below

Address changes and new bank details cannot be accepted by email.

We aim to process all requests within 8 working days however, during periods of high work volumes, it may take a few days longer.
