31/03/2026 - PENSION INCREASES 2026 - The increase to Final Salary, Hybrid and Pre 2019 Money Purchase pensions in payment from April 2026 is 3.6%. The statutory increase to the Post 88 GMP this year will be 3.0%. The Increases to post 2019 Money Purchase pensions in payment from April 2026 are 2.5% for post 2005 pension and 3.00% for pre 2005 and AVC pensions. The increase confirmation letters are planned to be posted by 21st April but we will update the web site if this is likely to change. The Increases to post 2019 Money Purchase pensions in payment from April 2025 are 2.5% for post 2005 pension and 2.8% for pre 2005 and AVC pensions. 26/04/2024 - CHANGE OF BANKING ARRANGEMENTS - Please note that with effect from the April 2024 pension payment, due to a change of scheme banking arrangements, the name that will appear on your bank statement will change from Pearl Group Services to P.A.T (Pensions) Ltd. This will have no effect on your regular monthly pension payments.

Some personal data (such as date of birth and salary) is required for the running of the Scheme, including paying out the right benefits. The use of this data is regulated under the Data Protection Act, which places certain responsibilities on those who exercise control over the data (known as “data controllers” under the Data Protection Act).

Data controllers would include the trustees of the Scheme and in certain circumstances, professional advisers to the Scheme.

By using and/or submitting information via this website and by continuing to be a member of the Scheme, you consent to us processing your personal information, including sensitive personal information, as set out in this notice.

We process personal information, including sensitive personal information, to enable us to administer the Scheme. Where necessary or required we may share information with the following:

  • Claimants, beneficiaries, assignees and payees
  • Pension schemes with which the person whose personal information we are processing has an association
  • Trade and business associates and professional advisers
  • Healthcare, social and welfare organisations
  • Financial organisations and advisers
  • Central and local government
  • Service providers
  • Ombudsmen and regulatory authorities
  • Suppliers
  • Family, associates or representatives of the person whose personal data we are processing

Where we use other organisations in the course of administering the Scheme, they are contractually obliged to treat any information or data passed to them as confidential.

In certain limited circumstances, we may share your personal information with the sponsoring employers of the Scheme. Where necessary, we may also provide personal information to law enforcement authorities as part of a criminal investigation.
